How do I upload my video?

You must provide your Name, and and valid e-mails addresss. The video must be in MP4 format and be less than 10MB in size. Once you have filled in the required fileds, you must also tick to indicate that you have read and agree to the Terms & Conditions of the site. When we receive your video, it will be reviewed and if determined to be appropriate content for the site, it will be published.

I've uploaded my video, but why is it not appearing on the site?

All videos that are uploaded will be reviewed to ensure that the content is appropriate for the website and audience. This may take a few minutes or a few days depending on demand. Any video that contains inappropriate content will be rejected.

When will I find out if I have won the prize for the most watched video?

The winner will be notified by e-mail that they have won. At that point, we will ask for a valid postal address so that we may send the prize.

How many videos can I upload?

You may upload as many videos as you wish!

Can I upload a video of my friend or someone other than myself?

By uploading your video, you are agreeing to the Terms & Conditions. This means that you must have exclusive permission to distribute the video.

How can I get my video removed?

Please e-mail confessionsofauser@thomson.com with your name and we will remove your video as soon as possible.
